This is the deluxe package which includes everything:

• Resort accommodation and surroundings at the beautiful Mantra Resort Ettalong Beach
• All Meals
• Thursday evening cocktails on arrival/registration
• All the seminars
• Song pitch/es with Faculty Publisher/s of your choice
• Morning and Afternoon Tea
• Main meals with the Faculty
• Cocktails with the Faculty on Saturday night
• Open Mic sessions every night after dinner
• Informal jam sessions late each night

This is the perfect package if you are from outside the Central Coast area, but even if you live on the Central Coast, consider this package for the unprecedented networking opportunities it offers with the Faculty. 

Each evening, Faculty members will be seated at the dining tables with our Gold attendees.  They will be rotated each night, giving you the chance to really get to know them and network to your heart’s content!  Only Gold package attendees will get this amazing opportunity.

Most of the Faculty will stay at the Resort too, so they will be around for all the meals, and when they are not running a seminar or pitch session, they will ‘float’ around the conference and be available for you to chat with them.

As a Gold attendee, you have the opportunity to check into the Resort and register for the conference on the Thursday afternoon.  You will enjoy complimentary cocktails, meet the ASC staff and receive your Conference Kit, including ASC t-shirt and other ‘goodies’. 

Bring your musical instrument so you can get up and perform your original songs at the Open Mics after dinner - and then jam late into the night with your new friends in one of the break-out rooms that will be made available especially for Gold attendees.

This is the 'Conference Only' package which includes song pitch opportunities and buffet lunch:

• All the seminars
• Song pitch/es with Faculty Publishers of your choice
• Morning and Afternoon Tea
• Buffet Lunch
• Open Mic sessions every night after dinner

If you live close to the venue, and you are happy to go home each night, this is the ideal package. Stay for the day, enjoy the buffet lunch, attend all the seminars, and pitch your best song to the publisher of your choice* You also have the option of going out for dinner nearby (or in the Ettalong Beach Club dining area) then coming back for the Open Mics each evening before heading home for the night.

Registration is on the Friday morning. This is when you will meet the ASC staff, and receive your Conference Kit, including ASC t-shirt and other ‘goodies’. You will also be able to make your song pitch selection/s at registration (*please note that Gold attendees will have first option for song pitch selections on Thursday evening, so it is possible that some Publisher’s pitch sheets may be full by Friday morning. The ASC cannot guarantee the availability of space on the Publisher’s pitch sheets).

Silver attendees are also invited to join the Faculty and other attendees for cocktails on Saturday evening. This is a great networking opportunity, so don’t miss it.

This package is great if;

• you live close to the venue
• you just want to attend the main conference seminars
• you don't want to pitch your work to Publishers
• you don't want to perform at the Open Mic sessions
• the other packages are booked out

If you are just starting out with your songwriting and you want to learn from the Faculty but you don’t feel ready to pitch your work, this package is a good option. Stay for the day, attend all the main seminars, and go home each night.

Bronze attendees register on Friday morning. This is when you will meet the ASC staff, and receive your Conference Kit, including ASC t-shirt and other ‘goodies’.

This package includes morning and afternoon tea but none of the main meals, however there are many eateries close to the venue, and the Ettalong Beach Club Bistro is also a great option for lunch.

Bronze attendees are also invited to join the Faculty and other attendees for cocktails on Saturday evening. This is a great networking opportunity, so don’t miss it.

So, you're not the songwriter in the family but you'd still like to spend the long weekend with your crazy creative other half? This package is for you!

This package is especially for the non-songwriting spouses and partners of our Gold attendees. It includes:

• Luxury Accommodation
• All Meals with Gold attendees, ASC Staff and Faculty
• Thursday evening cocktails on arrival/registration
• Cocktails with the Faculty on Saturday night
• Cheer on your partner at the Open Mics every night after dinner

While your songwriting sweetheart enjoys the seminars, why not head out for a spot of shopping on our fabulous Peninsula, or head to Sydney for the day? Or spend some time at the Mantra Resort enjoying the pool, Gym or Day Spa, or explore the beach and village of Ettalong.

Join us for all the main meals, and kick back with a cocktail on Saturday evening while your partner networks with the Faculty. You’ll be able to stay after dinner and enjoy listening to the original songs that the attendees will perform at the Open Mic sessions each evening.
